Our coaches and mentors have a wide and varied experience of leadership development. Like our other programmes, all our leadership development programmes are pragmatic in that we realise a leader needs to deliver as well as develop.

Examples of the services we can offer, at the two extremes of involvement, are:
  • situation-specific learning points made in the course of an individual or team coaching or mentoring programme. Here there would be no separate leadership development course or programme.

  • a two day leadership event during which a leader can discover and explore his or her natural leadership - ie that way of leading whereby her or his talents are most easily and naturally applied, thus resulting in a greater effectiveness and integrity, and a reduction in stress and wasted effort. The leader will be helped to identify how he or she is uniquely equipped to contribute to a situation, and to develop the confidence to step forward or back as appropriate. Through accessing deeper talents and insights, the leader will strengthen four vital leadership qualities - clarity, confidence, conviction and understanding. The two days are both reflective and practical - being focused on the individual and the situation in which he or she is leading.
